One of the most important points during the revision of railway cars is controlling and maintenance of bogie body. When the bogie body is taken to the service, first of all, the mud, oil and rusty layers on the bogie body should be removed.

The cleaned bogie body is completely ready for revision. No procedure may be performed completely on a bogie body which is not cleaned completely. This cleaning procedure was performed intensively using the workmanship with primitive methods for hours. The full yield could not be obtained in the cleaning procedure with old method.

The bogie bodies are cleaned automatically untouched by human hands in the plant established by our firm within 30 minutes. It is saved both from time and workmanship costs. System filters the sands used in sanding and reuses them, and thus, also contributes to the economic operating costs. The perfect sanding can be made through the turbines used in the system.
